Oats - our primary ingredient* - deliver soluble fiber like a beast. Soluble fiber reduces absorption of cholesterol into your bloodstream. Just 5-10 grams or more of soluble fiber a day decreases your low-density lipoprotein (LDL, aka bad guy) cholesterol. A 1/2 cup serving of Garolla Granola has almost 6 grams of dietary fiber! If you throw a banana or berries on top, your heart will love you all the more. 

Nuts - we haven't eaten every granola in the land, but we will bet Garolla Granola has more nuts per spoonful than 99.8% of the granolas out there. Pecans, cashews, and almonds all work to lower your bad guy LDL cholesterol, and raise your high-density lipoprotein (HDL - superhero!).
